JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Title/position: Warehouse Executive
Global Function/Local Function: INDIA PUNE SUPPLY CHAIN
Summary
- 12 to 14 years of total experience, at least 10 to 12 years of experience in handling line feed & warehouse operation.
- Preferably from automobile background, ERP exposure is must.
- Experience to handle team size of 25 to 30 people.

Position Responsibility : Warehouse Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: –
1. Monitor parts dispatch to paint shop as per Production Plan
2. Monitor material feeding on Fab production line as per Production Plan.
3. Design and modify line feeding process and improve efficiency.
4. Close co-ordination with production team for efficient line batch changeover.
5. Ensure forecast of critical shortage parts and communicate timely to procurement team.
6. Ensure on time dispatch of empty trolleys as per dispatch plan given by procurement team.
7. Co-ordinate with Transporter for vehicle deployment and optimum utilization.
8. Monitor receiving process and ensure all processes are followed and put-away done on time. Improve vehicle TAT.
9. Monitor warehouse operation and ensure inventory accuracy.
10. Ensure daily Cycle Count, reconciliation, seek approval from finance and system stock correction.
11. Monitor all system transactions and ensure document accuracy.
12. Close co-ordination with quality team for on-time removal of rejections and deposal of scraps.
13. Ensure circulation of daily MIS and maintain necessary records
14. Analyze daily operation data and drive continuous improvement.
15. Ensure adherence of safety practices across the shop
16. Establish close co-ordination with Paint and Assy shop counter parts and PPC.
17. Need to have process-oriented approach and cost consciousness.
18. Has Continuous improvement approach and build team to operate efficiently.
19. Implement effective problem-solving practices and drive process improvement.
20. Monitor consumption of sheet metal blanks in laser cutting and bending process and perform blanks reconciliation regularly.
21. Active participation in new product launch related activities in Fab shop.
22. Ensure space availability and establish proper tracking of new project parts in development phase.
23. Ensure raw material receipt, storage, feeding to LCB, reconciliation, seek approval from finance and system stock correction with monthly sheet sign off of raw material.
24. Make Nesting plan as per production plan received from PPC
25. Declare shortages for Nesting 3 days in advance to respective dept(Mfg,Fab & LCB)
26. Modify & optimize for surface area improvement Nesting patterns as per ECO changes
