Reporting to the Marketing Manager within UK & ROI Commercial Operations, the Marketing and Brand Communication Support Intern will play a crucial role in planning and organizing New Holland and Case IH stands at national shows and events. The intern will also assist in coordinating dealer training sessions, tracking marketing campaigns, and managing financial administration tasks. Additionally, the intern will contribute creatively by helping to develop social media content, competitions, and campaigns while collaborating with a knowledgeable team eager to share their expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing New Holland and Case IH stands at national shows and events, ensuring all tasks are tracked, including arranging marketing materials, staffing, and machinery requirements.
- Support the planning and organization of dealer training, managing bookings, timetables, catering, and participating in training sessions to enhance your knowledge.
- Monitor current marketing campaigns and strategies, providing insights and ideas for major publications and events.
- Handle financial administration tasks, including invoicing, credit notes, purchase requisitions (PRs), and updating budget sheets.
- Manage the administration of brochure restocks, invoicing, and replacement stock.
- Help create engaging social media posts, competitions, and campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team eager to share their knowledge and experience.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design
- High level of computer literacy, particularly in Excel
- Fluency in English

required for them to operate their business successfully.
TIM ROSZHART: So for those workers that were blessed enough to get into the ag industry into farming,
it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
