Responsibilities
- Develop production tooling as required using engineering drawings, tool designs or own ideas as required to complete task.
- Set up and operate all equipment required to manufacture components to print.
- Assemble jigs and fixtures.
- Repair production tooling or improvise as required.
- Use safe working practices and report unsafe working conditions.
- Work with Manufacturing Engineering to improve manufacturing processes.
- Actively perform work to ensure continuous improvement criteria is met.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Must be able to comprehend and follow verbal instructions.
- Must show good attendance record.
- Must be able to read and comprehend engineering drawings.
- Must have prior experience in operation of CNC machining, operation of manual lathes, bridge ports and welding machines.
- Trade school technical training beneficial.
- Must have good math background

This position pays: $32.10 – $32.39 plus any applicable bonus (Actual pay will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
**Sign on bonus up to $4,000
**Relocation assistance provided up to $5,000 for eligible new hires that live more than 50 miles away from the Fargo CNH plant. Must be employed by CNH for one year to receive the full package.
