Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

The Tractor Marketing team develops, launches, and supports tractor sales in the North American market. With several new product launches planned in the coming years, the team plays a vital role in connecting product development, sales, and marketing activities to ensure successful go-to-market strategies.

As a Tractor Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience with product launches, market research, and dealer/customer engagement while working closely with both the sales region and marketing teams. This role offers the opportunity to see many aspects of the business and contribute directly to high-visibility projects.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting market research to support product positioning and strategy

• Assisting with sales training materials and sessions

• Supporting product delivery surveys with dealers to gather customer insights

• Participating in farm shows and industry events representing the brand

• Assisting with photoshoot planning and support for marketing content

• Tabulating and analyzing survey results to identify trends and opportunities

• Engaging in dealer and customer interactions to understand needs and feedback

• Developing and delivering presentations for internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Marketing, Agriculture, Communication, Business, Engineering,
