Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

Join our FP&A team and gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and strategic planning. As a Financial Planning & Analysis Intern, you’ll collaborate with finance and business partners to deliver insights that support decision-making and drive efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting in the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

• Performing variance analysis to compare actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers behind results

• Analyzing financial data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, and presenting insights through automated dashboards

• Supporting the development and maintenance of financial models to evaluate scenarios and predict performance, including the use of AI agents

• Collecting and organizing financial and operational data from various sources

• Assisting with user acceptance testing for new tools and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency

• Contributing to special projects such as budget and headcount analysis, market research, and KPI evaluations

• Creating strategic analysis, including development of AI-driven solutions to simplify and automate key tasks

This internship provides the opportunity to apply analytical skills in a dynamic environment, gain exposure to financial strategy, and contribute to projects that leverage innovation and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admiration, Statistics/Mathematics, or a related field.
