Job Purpose
At New Holland Agriculture, the Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for the development of sales and operations plan, which drives key elements for New Holland brand financial and market share targets. In addition, the position is responsible for order management, forecast and supply chain process improvement, which has a direct impact on the day-to-day business process and relationship with New Holland dealers, suppliers and service providers. Collaborating closely with manufacturing, logistics and New Holland Sales Organization to ensure successful on time delivery of all brand products while maintaining customer service for both dealers and New Holland Sales staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop retail, wholesale, company and dealer inventory plans and production requirements for assigned plants/vendors by model aligned to region market share and financial targets, based on production planning and inventory control concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment with brand financial plan, product launch timelines, and order writing programs.
- Make industry recommendations based on market intelligence and statistical models.
- Lead all aspects of dealer order life cycle using SAP, meeting required delivery dates, order priorities within industrial constraints, order configuration changes, and dealer constrains.
- Manage development of Sales & Operations plan, and related production schedule to ensure mitigation of risks, and execution of wholesale objectives, volumetrically and financially.
- Design and implement sales performance analytics using data visualizations software, creating strategic plans with priorities by product, share and gross margin optimization.
- Provide customer support to key partners in order life cycle, including dealer, dealer sales support, New Holland sales and marketing.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in supply chain and Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain and information systems, including forecasting models, data mining, analytics, and operations optimization.
- Proven knowledge with Microsoft Office suite specifically Excel Solver and VBA.
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $72,000.00 – $97,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
