Job Purpose
Leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.
- Design and execute strategies to optimize processes through reengineering, automation, or standardization;
- Guide cross-functional teams in implementing improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve operational and administrative processes.
- Document processes and keep operational workflows up to date.
- Train employees: Educate and train employees on new or updated processes and methodologies.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other process improvement methodologies and tools.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Process Management, or Engineering,
- Proven experience in process improvement, organizational change and problem-solving;
- Strong skills in root cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
- Experience on process mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio) and advanced Excel skills.
- Often 3+ years’ experience;
- Advanced English proficiency;
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen certification) not mandatory.
- Experience in transport or service environments focused on continuous improvement
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $73,000.00 – $111,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
