Job Purpose
The candidate provides professional, centralized technical support to all markets & regions on a global basis, acts as the interface between the markets & brands and the CNH Industrial organization, and represents the voice of the customer from a Quality perspective within CNH Industrial for their designated Product Ranges. She/He is also responsible for driving the root cause analysis and resolution process in conjunction with the Current Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead current product improvements through interactions with the internal departments (Product Platforms, Engineering, Manufacturing, Spare Parts, Warranty, Technical Publications, and Training):
- As lead of the Current Product Management (CPM) process, identify and correctly prioritize field Quality & Reliability issues/projects and guide the CPM cross functional team to develop action plans to drive fix action and improvements, ensuring those projects are completed successfully, on time and within budget.
- Lead CPM meetings.
- Create and maintain Quality & Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines. Develop action plans to achieve short and long-range improvement targets.
Experience Required

Requested:
- Technical background with experience in a technical service or engineering related activity
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Analytical skills (preferably with knowledge of statistical tools)
- Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach and experience with problem solving tools
- High level of autonomy / self-starter with ability to drive results
- Team player
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- English fluent written and spoken
Preferred:
- Good customer service skills (customer relation management)
- Aptitude for structural, hydraulic and electrical/ electronic concern resolution
- Good level of flexibility (National and international travel, seasonal effect on availability)
- Collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
