The Asset Remarketing Specialist is responsible for the sale of units procured by CNHI through acquisition, repossession, or at end of lease. This role is responsible for enhancing future business potential while minimizing our possible losses on current inventory/maturities. The role must interact with our CNHI brand and Capital sales force to drive information sharing and increased business.
- Remarket equipment into secondary markets while mitigating losses to CNH
- Develop and maintain effective interaction with both CNH and non-CNH dealer networks and Financial Sales Managers within assigned territory.
- Manage acceptable inventory levels and cycle-time
- Support the Remarketing sales department in obtaining overall goals and objectives by actively setting and executing National and territorial sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and ensure management is aware of potential risk and mitigate those risks whenever possible
- Analyze and execute decisions in real time to make sales decisions that make sound business sense in the current market environment
- Connect with customers and dealers in a productive manner in order to maintain positive relationships with CNH Industrial Capital, in support of our Industrial partners, to cultivate repeat business
- Develop positive and effective relationships with all levels of the organization
- Think strategically and develop sound solutions for multiple audiences
The annual salary for this role is $61,000 – $90,700 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS/BBA) in business, finance, or relevant from a four-year college or university.
- 5+ years of industry-related experience in the equipment business.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated success with web-related programs and demonstrated success with plan execution.
- Ability to work independently, produce results with minimum supervision, and act with a sense of urgency
- Candidate needs to be self-starting / motivated / high energy
- Strong business, financial, organizational and product skills
- Fluent in French
