Job Purpose
A CNH Industrial está em busca de um Engenheiro de Qualidade de Fornecedores (SQE) para atuar nas plataformas de construção (Dozer, TLB, WL, Chex, Grader), com foco em novos projetos e manutenção do produto corrente (GPP SQE). Esta posição tem atuação local e conexão direta com a estrutura global da área de Construção (CE), exigindo capacidade de trabalho em ambiente colaborativo e multicultural.
Key Responsibilities
- Gerenciar novos desenvolvimentos e alterações de engenharia de produtos existentes.
- Conduzir análises de causa raiz de problemas de campo, em parceria com especialistas SQE.
- Atuar na resolução de problemas de qualidade na linha de produção (zero hora), com foco nos fornecedores críticos (Top Worst Suppliers).
- Realizar análises de risco técnico para lançamentos e melhorias de produto.
- Apoiar a equipe de garantia na identificação e mitigação de falhas relacionadas a fornecedores.
Experience Required
- Gerenciar novos desenvolvimentos e alterações de engenharia de produtos existentes.
- Conduzir análises de causa raiz de problemas de campo, em parceria com especialistas SQE.
- Atuar na resolução de problemas de qualidade na linha de produção (zero hora), com foco nos fornecedores críticos (Top Worst Suppliers).
- Realizar análises de risco técnico para lançamentos e melhorias de produto.
- Apoiar a equipe de garantia na identificação e mitigação de falhas relacionadas a fornecedores.
Preferred Qualifications
- Inglês (avançado/fluente)
- Pós-graduação ou certificações na área de qualidade (ex. Six Sigma, Lean, VDA).
- Experiência em gestão de projetos e/ou ciclo de vida de produtos.
- Excelente comunicação e habilidade para atuar em diferentes níveis da organização.

TIM ROSZHART: So for those workers that were blessed enough to get into the ag industry into farming,
it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
