Job Purpose

The objective of this position is to develop market for the crop solution products of New Holland Agriculture and Case IH brands and ensure the Top Line. This growth of Crop Solution Business apart from revenue and margins compliments the overall strategy of complete solution provider.

Key Responsibilities

Market Developments

Identify the Potential Markets/ Products/Applications.

Prepare short term (annual) and long-term business plan

Coordinate with respective State CSS / CBU Managers/Zonal Manager for making strategy of demand creation

Business Strategy:

Prepare Annual Sales plan and to Achieve sales target overall for zone and sate wise

Conduct detailed competition analysis, market share mapping and formulation of Zonal strategy to enhance CS business.

Understanding of future requirements of CS products and coordination with Product marketing team to ensure right product coverage.

Achieve revenue Targets for states and zone.

Business Promotion Strategy:

Keep updated of new product developments

Commercial Training to CSS, CBU team / Dealer and Dealer team on crop solution products.

Market positioning of various products in the relevant markets in coordination with product management team.    

 

 

Experience Required

Minimum 18 years of experience in Agricultural , Tractor/Farm equipment industry

Preferred Qualifications

B.Tech (Agri.Engg./Mechanical Engg) or Equivalent

Preferably an M.Tech/MBA

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is INR ₹3,516,400.00 – ₹3,516,400.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
