Job Purpose

Provide admin support to COCO sales & field team within company strategy and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Call every customer post service visit and ascertain satisfaction on pre-set questionnaire
• Analyze on a monthly basis area of improvements for every individual and the store
• Develop and make a MIS of the service & some of parts operations of the store
• Make invoices for labour services within 24 hours of job completion and send to customer with suitable covering letter
• Collect outstanding payments from customers for parts & labour invoices and ensure all outstandings are collected within 30 days.
• Call customers for any promotional events/schemes organized by the store.
• Conduct Monthly inventory count of tools in field service and workshop and make sure they are always in usable condition .
• Draft letter to customers after every visit of service engineer and send to customer after signature of service manager.
• Support to collect customer testimonials (written and video) about good product performance and after sales support every month.
• Support to plan & organize service camps & operator meets as per set targets and prepare report on expense incurred vs business achieved
• Maintain records of every machine containing machine data card, service reports, labour invoices etc
• Maintain records of tools and ensure calibration of instruments and gauges every year.
• Display PSB & PIP releases on display board and maintain records of same
• Raise invoices on customers for service revenues and ensure collection of payments.
• Maintain record of failed parts under warranty and ensure dispatches to plant when requested. Scrap items periodically as per SOP guidelines for scrapping of material
• Ensure all calls are logged thru mobile App only.
• Generate leads during service activities for machines sales
• Maintain training records of service and parts team.
• Maintain service Management sheet with timesheet database for analysis service KPI’s. engg wise.
• Maintain Schedule Mandatory Tracker
• Warranty Administration-Claims entered, WPA,WIT and related activity.
• Interaction with other OEM Mahindra, KOEl for engine registration and complaints follow up and BOSCH and exide for job letter.
• Service entry sheet creation for vendor services
• PR creation service requests

Experience Required

Experience 3 to 7 years working experience

Preferred Qualifications

Education- ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Automobile Engineering
