We are looking for a Web-Based Design Analyst. The Instructional Designer will be a key team member supporting both Technical Training and Commercial Training organizations at CNH Industrial. This role primarily focuses on developing web-based course content for dealer personnel across all departments, including service technicians, sales staff, parts personnel, and warranty administrators. The position also includes creating Just in Time (JIT) training videos as needed. The ideal candidate will develop engaging learning materials that support the company’s comprehensive training offerings, which annually train over 10,000 dealer students and provide over 30,000 student days of training.
The ideal candidate would be located in Racine, WI, Ames, IA or New Holland, PA
Web-Based Content Development (Primary Focus)
- Utilize e-learning authoring tools to create engaging, user-friendly online training courses for all dealer personnel roles (technicians, sales, parts, warranty)
- Develop blended learning events that supplement the training curriculum for both technical and commercial audiences
- Work with in-house subject matter experts to determine direction and needs of module creation for various dealer departments
- Use LMS systems to support class publishing and closing of web-based and instructor-led training programs
- Develop, design, update, and customize training materials using e-learning software to meet customer expectations
- Ensure all training content follows adult learning principles and supports both technical and commercial learning objectives
Just in Time Training Support
- Create JIT training videos addressing immediate technical and commercial needs
- Identify digital learning opportunities for all dealer personnel (service technicians, sales staff, parts, warranty)
- Collaborate with Technical Support, Product Management, and Commercial teams to identify timely topics for JIT content
- Integrate training opportunities into dealer personnel workflow across all departments
- Ensure created content is available and accessible to participants after completion
- Collaborate with other training groups to reduce redundant work; identify existing content and re-purpose as needed
- Work with CNH systems’ teams to incorporate learning in established workflows
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of relevant experience; or an Associate’s Degree plus three years of relevant experience in developing/delivering training materials for multiple delivery methods
- Strong experience with web/graphic design and e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, or equivalent
- Experience with LMS systems and content management systems
- Digital content management experience
- Excellent written and presentation skills with comprehensive computer skills
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred
- Experience creating training content for both technical and commercial audiences in equipment dealerships
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Communications, or related field
- Understanding of both technical systems (powertrains, hydraulics, electrical systems) and commercial processes (sales, parts, warranty)
- Video editing software experience
- Knowledge of Adult Learning Methodology and Distance Learning approaches
- Understanding of AICC/SCORM standards
- Experience developing training for diverse learning audiences with different knowledge requirements

The annual salary for this role is $63,000 – $75,600 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
