Are you a recent graduate ready to make your mark in the world of agriculture and technology? We’re looking for an energetic and creative Marketing Specialist to join our Ag Precision Technology Strategic Marketing team – supporting the adoption and success of cutting-edge precision agriculture technologies. In this role, you’ll help craft the voice of our precision ag technologies – translating complex features into clear, engaging messages that drive customer value. Whether you’re developing a value proposition, writing for social media, developing campaign content, or supporting a product launch, you’ll get hands-on experience across a variety of marketing channels and contribute to meaningful, high-impact work from day one.

- Develop and execute coordinated marketing strategies to support new product launches and drive adoption of precision ag solutions.
- Build, write and edit compelling, customer-focused content for a variety of channels, including web, social media, product one-pagers, video scripts, and email campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure aligned messaging.
- Help coordinate project tasks under the direction of marketing leads, ensuring timelines and deliverables stay on track.
- Maintain brand consistency and clarity across all external and internal communications.
- Build, write and edit internal and external presentations with clear, visually engaging marketing materials.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Agriculture Business, or a related field required.
- Experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to agriculture or B2B technology.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing practices and content creation standard processes.
- Experience with precision agriculture technologies or ag equipment industry is a strong plus.

The annual salary for this role is $54,375-$79,750 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
