As an Aftermarket Product Marketing Specialist, you will develop and implement customer driven products and marketing strategies to support the growth of a product family or brand, primarily in the agriculture market.
- Develops and implements customer driven products and marketing strategies to support the growth of a product family or brand, primarily in the agriculture market.
- Work with the assigned suppliers, engineering, sales, and other relevant teams to accurately translate market demands into products and services.
- Oversees assigned products by developing strategies for pricing, design, marketing, advertising, packaging, and future product planning to sustain the product family’s lifecycle.
- Collects and classifies new product ideas or strategic product extensions to support evaluation of their potential to address customer needs and to achieve goals in revenue growth and market share.
- Optimizes internal tools to enhance product visibility, marketing content, and part ownership, driving customer satisfaction while elevating organizational standards.
- Liaises with product/brand management, mainly agriculture, to ensure effective planning and co-ordination of advertising/public-relations and promotions for new products.
- Other related duties as assigned.
This position pays: $72,750 – $97,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience or
- High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience.
