We are actively seeking an Assembly Supervisor to join our team in Grand Island. In this role, you will be accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources.  Results in this role are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager’s ability to influence and negotiate with internal or external partners where formal authority is not held.

  • Implementation and maintenance of the manufacturing activities of a specific area.
  • Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs.
  • Sets up equipment operation feed, speed and temperature.
  • Follows established procedures and drives continuous improvement in the plant’s manufacturing processes within assembly.
  • Selects and measures raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
  • Resolves issues related to the organization’s production, machinery, processing and/or packaging operations.
  • Other related duties as assigned. 

The annual salary for this role is $61,000- $73,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

The qualified candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 4 or more years of manufacturing experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a high school diploma/GED plus 9 or more years of manufacturing experience will be considered.
