As a Case Sales Specialist – Central, you will be highly customer-focused and committed in the world of construction equipment. Our growing team is looking for someone who is excited to support the dealer sales teams through consistent customer engagement, product knowledge sharing, and the understanding practical applications. This person will really go above and beyond to understand the needs of our end customers and dealers!
The territory for the position is Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky. Ideal candidate for this position will be located in Ohio and Indiana.
- Develop dealer sales product knowledge
- Drive sales growth of current & future customers
- Partner with CASE territory leader and dealer to implement/execute sales strategy
- Articulate the voice of customer needs to multiple internal stakeholders
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience with at least three (3) years’ of experience in heavy equipment or in the field OR
- Associates’ Degree or equivalent experience with at least five (5) years’ of experience in heavy equipment or in the field OR
- HS Diploma or equivalent experience with at least seven (7) years’ of experience in heavy equipment or in the field
- Must be able to travel anywhere between 75%-80%

The annual salary for this role is $84,375 – $123,750 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
