PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Reporting to the Spain & Portugal Product Support Manager, he/she will be part of a team of product specialists trained at 360° on the product, ready to manage technical problems and requests entered by the CaseIH and New Holland dealer network (80% of the working load roughly) and provide technical training on the product of competence (20% working load).
The goal is to support and train the dealer and the end customer in case of problems inherent to the product.
MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answers dealer questions and provides technical support through the ASIST – THD system
- Investigates technical issues and provides the necessary information through reporting and interface tools
- Gathers main/top issues in the market and reports them to the In field Quality Specialist (IFS)
- Manages a correct flow of technical information between the company and the dealer network
- Provides solutions to dealers if/when available or support solution identification through proper investigation and information management, problem reproduction and data collection, field solution testing
- Provides technical and/or administrative support (technical topic management) to dealers
- Organizes and presents technical content on agricultural machinery to course participants
- Prepares technical documentation and teaching materials for the courses
- Develops participants’ diagnostic skills
- Verify dealer needs in terms of training, equipment, documentation
- Makes visits to dealerships, customers and/or the field to perform the various tasks required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & KEY BEHAVIORS
- Technical knowledge on hydraulics, electronics and mechanical systems
- In-depth Knowledge of agricultural field environment
- Knowledge of, at least, basics Precision Farming concepts
- Fluent in Spanish & English languages (written and spoken)
- Computer literate, Knowledge of the Windows operating system and Office package
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-managing skills
- Systematic approach
- Team Player
- High level of autonomy and flexibility (travel, seasonal peaks)
- Willingness to travel even up to 50% of the time (variable according to the periodicity of the activity)

ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
