The Communications Specialist reports to the New Holland North America Brand Communications Manager. This diverse role incorporates diverse skills across PR & communications, digital and traditional marketing, and data analytics. You will assist the team in coordinating tactical executions, trafficking projects and ensuring execution at a high level of integrity. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day internal and external communications needs of the New Holland brand, while also acting as an assistant project manager responsible for implementing marketing strategies which contribute to the New Holland’s growth in North America.
This role will be encouraged to collaborate with cross-functional external and internal teams, including upper management, and initiate proactive, streamlined, and consistent communication with internal and external collaborators to increase awareness of corporate marketing initiatives. They is responsible for working optimally with both agency and internal teams to deliver projects that drive company results following established strategic objectives, timelines and budget goals. They should thrive under pressure and be available to travel.
PR & Communications:
- Responsible for coordinating the daily internal and external communications needs of the New Holland brand and its team; includes a robust public relations strategy, strict internal & dealer email calendar, monthly/quarterly webinar coordination, etc.
- Cross functional alignment with product managers and other subject matter experts to follow product launches, updates, etc., to share with media as appropriate
- Timely response to inbound media requests as well as seek opportunities to pitch stories proactively based on product launch schedule and thought leadership activations
- Responsible for coordination and activation of the brand’s sustainability and DE&I initiatives, as well as the activation of national and local brand partnerships
Digital & Traditional Marketing Project Management:
- Responsible for maintaining marketing project timelines for special projects as assigned; including, but not limited to, events, licensing and merchandising, systems management, digital marketing systems and campaigns, etc.
- Oversees content creation for social media calendar for New Holland Agriculture’s North America channels, working with external agency partners on creative and internal stakeholders on community management
- Strict adherence to budget, timeline, and passion for detail in all execution
Data Analytics
- Cross functional alignment to capture data, coordinate it, and share in a way that is meaningful to help marketing team make decisions to improve marketing efforts
- Clear communication skills required to provide recommendations for optimization of marketing plans based on data
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, advertising, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing (or a related field)
- Foundational understanding of OEM-structured businesses
- Willingness and availability to travel internationally and nationally up to 25% of the time

The annual salary for this role is $62,000 – $83,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
