MAIN FUNTIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
The Manufacturing Quality Process Manager, is responsible to work across with the plant quality team to:
– Guide the Plant Quality Manager to assure shipment/delivery quality
– Guide the Plant Quality Manager in gap analyses to develop a quality road map
– Guide the Quality Plant team to apply the Lean Manufacturing/Quality theory to use the tools in a proper manner and to achieve a continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes.
– Increase the robustness of the Manufacturing processes during the Launch of new products.
– Drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to Attack prioritized issues from DAR/PDI reports and DAR PDI APDU ( TGW )
– Drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to Attack all Warranty related losses (MERF XPDI- MERF 3MIS)
– Provide training and coach the plants for Quality manufacturing/ Lean Manufacturing processes and skills
– Support and lead global improvement/implementation project

– Manufacturing Quality Process Manager supports manufacturing CE Plant in the APAC region, meaning the Manufacturing Quality people working for the Plant Quality Manager.
SPECIFIC FUNTIONS:
– Guide, drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to assure shipment/delivery quality and in gap analyses to develop a quality road map
· Be the regional quality reference on quality manufacturing procedures and the company’s directives.
· Guide, drive and support the Plant Quality Manager for the consistent implementation and conformance with all directives through their respective Quality Management System focused on continuous improvement for ‘zero km’ product quality and trouble-free initial product operation.
· Track monthly, quality Key Performance Indicators such as DAR/PDI ADPU, CPA-XQA, FTQ, MERF-XPDI, MERF-3 MIS, ADPU, ACPU etc. Drive and support the Plant Quality Manager to prioritize issues and identify gaps to objectives, common causes and develop robust corrective actions.
· Drive and support the reporting of the monthly quality risk of the plant to the central quality team and drive the problem-solving activities to avoid real month end impact.
· Drive resolution on issues affecting multiple plants, especially those involving support functions. Interact with Quality Product, SQE, Engineering and the plant to drive the solutions.
· To understand and develop a quality model methodology / tool which is capable of being used in all plant environments.
· Drive and support the plant quality manager on problem solving activities for the current production of the vehicles.
– Support and guide the Quality Plant team to use the Lean Manufacturing/Quality tools in a proper manner and to achieve a continuous improvement in the manufacturing processes.
· Support Manufacturing plants in the development and execution of Roadmap to achieve Quality KPIs targets.
· Develop and share “best practices” and assist with implementation as needed.
· To develop and validate the use and application of both the Quality Gates and QA network, ensuring that the “first time quality out” is under control to guaranty the customer expectations.
· Lead and guide the plants in Individual and interplant improvement projects
· Work with Quality Team to define new methods & processes.
–Increase the robustness of the Manufacturing processes during the Launch of new products.
· Guide, train and support preventive and proactive tools as the Occurrence and Release activities- design for risks (component/ assembly) mitigating risks before assembly, including preventative maintenance.
· Guide, train and support the introduction of Workplace Integration throughout all associated manufacturing plants.
· Drive Manufacturing related Early Warning Activities to resolution Lead and drive the Joint Customer/ Dealer PDI process to ensure market Quality feedback is managed back into the process.
· Carry out Process Control Plan Audits to validate and to improve the process robustness of manufacturing during the implementation phase of the Launch of the new products.
· In conjunction with Product Quality, establish clear and consistent direction to determine Manufacturing Readiness and requirements, to support New Product Development milestones and OK to Sell/OK to Ship decision.
· Enforce the continuous improvement policies in order to reduce the aesthetic and functional issues on the vehicles according action plans.
· Participate in special projects as required
– Provide training and coach the plants for Quality manufacturing/ Lean Manufacturing processes and skills
– Provide training and coach of new Quality Manager in their role and responsibilities related to Manufacturing processes.
– Support and lead global improvement/implementation project (B2B projects,….)
· Manage the teams to assure the correct skills are available or developed within the team, to reach the objectives, and to ensure that the performances of the team members are in line with the expectations
· Escalate roadblock of improvements identified by technical team
· Facilitate the benchmark activities collaborating with Manufacturing Quality Product Audit specialist (=Customer eyes Audit specialist)

· Define together with the Plant Quality Managers the relevant Manufacturing Quality KPIs
· Coordinate the KPI’s target definition

– Planning and organisation is in the hands of the person himself to achieve the required goals working together with Plant Quality Managers and Plant Managers
DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:
· Define Stop shipment for Safety issues
· Determine priorities in line with objectives
· Promote continuous improvement towards the team
· Support internal and external audits
· Share information with the team and provide ongoing feedback, so people understand the targets set and get a customer focused behavior
· Take iniziative to develop skills and knowledge
· Discuss with Manufacturing VP and HR the correct staffing of the quality team, assuring the required skills and knowledge are available to deliver the services to the various stakeholders in line with their requirements
· Provide ad hoc advanced data analysis and reports to management & business users
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE:
• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field or Mechanical Diploma with high techincal experience in construction equipments
• High experience ( over 10 years ) preferable in construction equipments
• Thorough knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Processes and Systems.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing approach and methodology
• Statistical Process Control Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
• Knowledge of languages. English is mandatory. Other languages would be an advantage
• Knowledge of products and their application
• Good knowledge of use of CNH Industrial systems and information flows throughout CNH Industrial
• Strong analytical skills, capable of transforming complex data into insights to support fact-based decision making
• Professional in MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and overall integration of MS Office applications, knowledge of Minitab.

Travel availability is required.
