Role Purpose:
The position is primarily responsible to lead Net sales in a cluster of dealerships of the CBU. The incumbent will plan, review and monitor weekly and monthly Sales targets; Build dealer network relationships and guide dealers with the objective of enhancing sales volumes for his area.
The position will primarily be responsible to handle sales revenue of INR 10 million to INR 40 million.
Major Accountabilities:
Primary and Secondary duties:
·Monitor and review weekly and monthly volume target achievement by dealer with reporting manager; Identify focus areas and course corrections in order to maximize target volume achievement.
Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:
The Sales Executive is the driving force behind the success of a dealer. As a business partner and mentor, the Sales Executive will strive together with the dealer to be the best on all parameters.
Education/Qualifications:
B. Tech (Agri. Engg.) B.E(Mechanical Engg.)
Essential experience and skills:
6 + years of work experience and preferably from tractor Industry.

it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
