As the Learning & Development Program Manager, you will provide both strategic and operational support for the design and implementation of key talent initiatives across all aspects of our organization related to career growth and employee development. This role will work with colleagues to support initiatives across all business units within North America.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to conduct needs assessments, identify skill gaps, and align training initiatives with business objectives
- Design, develop, and/or implement innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, professional and career development, and leadership development
- Facilitate training and development sessions, interactive meetings, coaching and assessments via multiple modalities to diverse audiences
- Develop and maintain curriculum, facilitation guides and materials to support training efforts
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics
- Support the global Performance and Talent Management Processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Collaborate with DEI and Culture teams to ensure that key organizational values and practices are integrated into L&D initiatives
- Partner with external vendors where appropriate and manage vendor agreements when necessary
The annual salary for this role is $96,750-$141,900 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or relevant field
- 6+ years demonstrated experience designing and executing talent management/ learning and development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including face-to-face, live-online and self-paced learning
The ideal candidate will have:
- Working knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Knowledge of learning models and best practices, instructional design strategies, and learning assessments – and a natural curiosity for leveraging leading edge practices
