Job Description:
Position Overview: As the Manager of Collection and Recovery, you will be responsible for overseeing recovery operations within the assigned region, with a focus on collections, repossessions, and recovery of written-off accounts. Your role includes developing and enhancing collection network, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all cases, and appointing and managing both collection and repossession agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory guidelines.
2. Adhere to the code of conduct during customer visits for collection, repossession, and recovery activities.
3. Lead a team of Relationship Managers (off roll ), providing training and ensuring adherence to company policies, code of conduct, and statutory regulations.
4. Monitor and enhance the productivity of each Relationship Manager.
5. Appointing and managing agencies for repossession and collection as per geographical requirements, ensuring complete coverage of all customers in the assigned area.
6. Report daily feedback and quality trails in accordance with company policies.
7. Achieve KPIs related to collections, repossessions, and recovery from written-off accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Graduation in any discipline
· 3-6 Years experience in secured loans collection and recovery.
· Proven experience in collection management, preferably in the financial or automotive industry.
· Strong understanding of current dues management, bucket strategies, repossession processes, and write-off recovery.
· Experience in team leadership, coaching, and performance management.
· Effective communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
· Proficiency in using data analytics tools and software.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to collection activities.

MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
