Job Description
Role Summary
Part of the Wholesale Finance, the portfolio manager works together with Commercial Sales team, Retail Sales, Credit & Operations team, responsible for portfolio of local dealers and end users for Wholegoods and spare parts for Agricultural & Construction Equipment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Financial background and experience (not less than 5 years of working experience, including not less than 3 years of experience in the Bank / NBFC (i.e. documentary credit dept., trade finance dept., audit dept.) and/or Credit Control/Trade Finance Dept. of Industrial Organizations.,
· CA/MBA with University Degree in Economics/ Finance or related subjects,
· Experience in export and/or local trade operations, good knowledge of Incoterms.
· Good Microsoft Office Skills
Major Accountabilities
· Onboarding of new / existing dealers to capital, completion of financial documentation and other credit requirements
· Coordination with Commercial sales, Retail sales, credit and operations for dealers’ stock audit management.
· Continuous follow-up for recovery of accounts covered in portfolio sales and timely corrective actions to address critical issues, if any
· Bank Guarantee management including BG audit & timely follow-up for renewals
· BG addition and BG execution in case of critical accounts
· Support in establishing Wholesale Credit Processes for aligning it with CNH Capital global practices
· Coordination with Capital Retail team to increase penetration to enable smooth rotation of dealer outstanding with Capital
· Operational Process flow and Documentation for Institutional Sales Business
· Keep a regular check on Delinquency
· Dealer location visit of critical accounts
· Support in defining Policies and Procedures for India
· Credit appraisal and operational workflow management of export accounts pertaining to CNH International (i.e. imports to India & Indian subcontinent through CNH International)
Candidate Profile
Education- CA/MBA
Languages – Fluency in English is required
Experience and Seniority- not less than 5 years of working experience, including not less than 3 years of relevant experience
Personal characteristics – Good organizational skills and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills

ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
