Role Purpose:
This position requires knowledge of the regulatory framework, applicability of laws for an Indian NBFC Documentation testing for India Financial Services to ensure no procedural, regulatory or compliance breaches exist that could result in material finding or a negative regulatory audit. Tasks include adherence to the local laws , new guidelines, its interpretation & implementation within the specific timelines. Keep brushed up for any new changes from RBI or any other regulator.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Have a reasonable understanding of RBI related NBFC guidelines
• Managing the interpretation and implementation of applicable laws and new guidelines.
• Maintaining a assessment matrix of various regulatory norms with timelines
• Managing various statutory committees meeting & minute them
• Annual Policy reviews & board approval.
• Support various functions to understand the new circulars applicability & implementation.
• Coordinating with Internal Audit for effective closures
• Ensure all regulatory filings on time
• Liaisoning with regulators on Requirements/ Inspection
• Regular Compliance Training to team
• Handling of all regulatory compliance tools.
Minimum Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, Professional qualification CA/ CS/ICWA preferred
• NBFC/ Bank Auditing experience and the ability to travel domestically overnight.
• Knowledge of procedural requirements, regulatory environment, and credit risk factors.
• Ability to professionally handle sensitive performance information.
• Strong interpersonal and team building skills. • Strong verbal and written communication skills; and
• Sound Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, SharePoint, Word)
• Minimum Experience: 7+ years

these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
