· Responsible for Sheet Metal, Fabrication & weldment cluster for development of Tractor, Combine Harvester & Baler parts.
· New Product development – To perform various activities of Design Reviews, Technical feasibility with suppliers, Supplier Interactions, Development Plans, Technical support to meet project timelines.
· Current Product Management – To support Plant quality team in resolving current product issues and improvements
· Quality & Reliability improvement by closing CPM Profiles
· Planning and undertaking Supplier Improvement plans thru Reactive/ Preventive and Proactive approach.
· To interact with peers of various functions like Purchasing, PD, Plant Quality, PDP.
· Has to interact on activities like NPD bottlenecks, technical evaluation of suppliers, PIR resolution, Current product improvement, support to supply chain bottlenecks etc.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Achieving Key project milestones maintaining all the deliverables of DR /TR conclusion, Program Reviews, PPAP approvals & PIR resolution
- To drive improvements for current product by achieving and continually improving PIQ index, resolving Supplier’s Quality issues related to Fabrication & weldment parts. Conducting regular Process audits at suppliers to ensure the Quality of products.
- Supporting Purchasing in achieving annual cost budget by participating in evaluation of cost-effective suppliers, resourcing & cost reduction initiatives
Qualifications/Skills :
· B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
· 10-15 years of work experience in OEM or auto ancillary in Supplier Quality Function.
· Skill sets, both in terms of leadership and functional competencies supported by varied experience.
· Should be well versed with Sheet Metal & Fabrication processes, Tooling/ Fixtures Concept & review.
· Hands on experience on measuring devices.
- Metallic Fab & weld commodity in Noida Plant is going through new projects development phase and hence a person with sound technical knowledge and good leadership quality is required.
- New Part development process exposure for fabrication as well as weldments.

MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
