Job Purpose

The Global Strategy & Portfolio Lead supports CNH’s long-term real estate planning efforts by driving strategic analysis,
developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and enabling data-driven decision-making across the global footprint. This role
partners closely with business leaders, finance, and operations to assess space utilization, evaluate investment opportunities,
and build standardized practices for footprint evaluation. As a subject matter expert, the role provides guidance on portfolio
optimization and helps close data and process gaps to support smarter, more aligned real estate decisions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders, finance, and technical teams to define and drive global facilities footprint strategy.
• Lead strategic analyses to evaluate site utilization, expansion opportunities, and consolidation scenarios.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the real estate portfolio.
• Identify data gaps across systems and functions; implement solutions to improve data integrity and decision-making.
• Support long-term planning activities by providing insights on site feasibility, location strategy, and investment
prioritization.
• Establish and standardize best practices and evaluation frameworks for global footprint assessments.
• Conduct benchmarking and scenario modeling using internal and external market data to guide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate across regional and functional teams to align on space needs, business growth projections, and operational
requirements.
• Coordinate with real estate, finance, and engineering functions to assess the viability of proposed projects.
• Present strategic findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, data-driven format.

to achieve results. Progression within classification is reflected by increasing depth of professional knowledge, project
management, and ability to influence others.

Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Generic
Advanced level professional providing professional input to complex assignments/projects, providing direction to more junior
professionals, while working independently and receiving guidance only in the most complex situations. Exercises judgment in the
evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.
