Primary and Secondary duties:
· Cost reduction to ensure budgeted targets
· Commercial settlements & PO amendment in case of Inflation/Deflation
· Contract creation for parts supplied by 3P / Global suppliers to AMS to ensure PPR to PO targets
· Follow-up of supplies to ensure zero backlog
· Close co-ordination with all stakeholders of AMS
· Follow-up for documentations for creating of new supplier code
· Maintain and improve the relationship with key Suppliers
Leadership/Team Management Responsibility:
· Negotiation for parts development
· Self-driven personality
· Speedy & aggressive in achieving organizational objectives on time
Education/Qualifications (Min): Diploma / Graduate Mechanical Engineer
Essential experience and skills:
1. 8~15 years of experience in Automotive/ Industrial industry preferred
2. Knowledge of various manufacturing processes like Casting, Machining, Forging, Sheet metal, Heat Treatment, Assembly processes etc and Proprietary parts
3. Experienced in sourcing, quality, costing, stakeholder management, team management, integrated supply chain, etc.
4. Understanding of supplier base, process knowledge, zero base costing/cost analysis & basic financial knowledge
5. Demonstrated strategic thinking, change management and negotiation skills along with global sourcing experience
6. System knowledge of ERP like SAP / LN etc; & relevant purchasing systems

it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
