Reportando-se diretamente ao responsável da CME SA, esta posição irá coordenar os projetos e iniciativas de engenharia de manufatura para a região LATAM, atuando fortemente junto aos times das plantas AG.
Esta posição tem como principais atividades:
- Coordenar as ações entre as 4 plantas da AG South America a fim de otimizar o processos de montagem e Footrprint – Otimização da cadeia de produção tendo em conta novos projetos e localizações;
- Pesquisar e disseminar soluções inovadoras em software e processos, conduzir estudos de Business Cases para lançamento de novos produtos ou alterações de Make or Buy;
- Frequentemente viajar a negócios para visitar as fábricas e desenvolver os projetos.

Outros requisitos:
Nível de escolaridade: Graduação completa (Engenharias). Preferencialmente pós graduação em áreas de engenharia industrial.
Conhecimentos de Informática Necessários:
- Pacote Office Avançado;

it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
