We’re looking for a Field Technical Specialist to provide in-field support to dealerships and distributors across Australia and New Zealand to resolve complex challenges on SP Sprayers. In this role, you’ll be working hands-on with equipment and collaborate across different business functions to fuel product improvement and empower dealers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to authorised dealers and distributors by investigating complex technical concerns in the field across Australia and New Zealand
• Coach and mentor dealer and distributor technical teams to grow their product knowledge and diagnostic skills
• Conduct dealer and customer visits to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively
• Prepare detailed technical field reports to support issue tracking and escalation
• Identify recurring product issues from the field and provide feedback to improve customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other technical and training specialists to share workloads as needed:
  • Administer THD requests and contribute to Level 1 technical training material creation and coordination
  • Drive the completion of product improvement programs in the market
  • Support the use of technical support applications and digital platforms

Experience Required

• Trade-related qualifications in an industrial maintenance field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in an industrial maintenance field
• Experience with agricultural and/or construction equipment
• Technical expertise across mechanical, electrical and/or hydraulic systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with excellent time management abilities
• Resourceful, determined, and adaptable under pressure
• Competent in using MS Office Suite
• Willing to travel across Australia and New Zealand frequently
