Job Purpose

We are seeking a passionate and experienced professional to join our team as a Tractor Test Driver and Field Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating agricultural tractors and implements, with hands-on experience across different models and brands. This role involves extensive testing of tractors in both field and track conditions, providing valuable feedback to support the development and calibration of transmission control software.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and test agricultural tractors in various field and road conditions.
• Evaluate tractor performance, drivability, and comfort in real-world scenarios and on dedicated test tracks.
• Provide clear, honest, and constructive feedback to engineering teams to support software development.
• Maintain positive and respectful communication with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
• Stay updated on tractor usage trends, including products from various manufacturers.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and usage patterns.
• Collaborate with extended teams across CNH locations (Austria, UK).
• Travel across Europe for customer visits and internal meetings.

Experience Required

• Minimum 5 years of experience in driving and operating agricultural tractors and implements.
• Proven experience with a variety of tractor models and brands.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of tractor missions and agricultural applications.
• Strong passion for agriculture and fieldwork.
• Fluent in Italian.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express critical feedback constructively and diplomatically.
• Proactive attitude and confidence in sharing technical opinions, even when challenging the status quo.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Familiarity with different tractor models and technologies.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Flexible and adaptable mindset.
• Structured and organized approach to work.
• Autonomous and efficient communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
