Job Purpose
In this department you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Control Supervisor and the responsibilities of the Quality area by performing customer quality inspections, depot quality control inspections, network quality control inspections, customer claim inspections and possibly inventory related audits and functions.
Key Responsibilities
The functions and performance requirements include but not limited to the following responsibilities unique to this position:
Experience Required
- Must be proficient in English language skills.
- Preferred knowledge of Click Warehouse Management System
- Requires the ability to learn the CSPS System.
- Intermediate-level PC skills is desirable.
- Must be willing to be certified to drive all motorized equipment.
- Must be flexible to work extended hours based on business needed.
- Requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Ability to learn how to inspect quality materials
- Prepare and/or data-enter quality data
- Analyze, research, and/or reconcile CSPS/Click generated reports.
- Other inventory related tasks such as investigating holds, over goods, claims, etc.
- Model behavior in safety, quality, and production.
- Must have proven a commitment to quality through a high level of detail and accuracy in performance of essential functions of current job.
- Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently and with others
- Demonstrates effective communication skills with a demonstrated ability to format and present on the job details in an easily and effective manner
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Equivalent Education, or 4 years of applicable experience
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
- 12 months of consecutive employment with CNH with no disciplinary issues related to performance and or behavior within the last 12 months
- Minimum of 6 months in current position
- Attendance must be in good standing with 5 or less points
- 1+ years of MS office applications experience, specifically with MS Outlook and MS
