As the Sales Support Specialist, you will promote and support the sale and distribution of CNH Industrial Construction Equipment to dealers from initiation (order entry) to close of transaction (sale to the end-use customer). This is accomplished through responsive actions to assigned dealers via telephone and email and by supporting field-based Case Business Managers with the common goal of meeting Retail and Wholesale targets for that territory.
Position is located in Racine, Wisconsin.
- Pursue continual business growth by influencing CNH Industrial Construction brand dealers to proactively order whole goods, participate in marketing programs, and conform to Dealer Standards.
- Ensure, improve, and maintain reasonable customer satisfaction by providing exceptional support to dealers and the sales management team.
- Tracks transactions and prepares reports regarding order status, sales result, leads, and quotas.
- Responsible for tasks regarding the sales and marketing administration, planning, organization, and automation, including managing the information systems of the department.
- Supports sales teams in preparing and evaluating deal scenarios and contract terms.
- Monitor the status of sales administration activities to identify problem areas and adapt procedures to improve the overall performance of the team.
- May participate in preparing offers for dealers and Case Business Managers
The qualified candidate will have experience with the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business management, marketing, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 year of sales experience in direct sales, sales administration, or related.
The preferred candidate will have experience with the following:
- Bi-lingual in French is an asset.
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter demonstrates initiative and commitment to increasing sales and customer satisfaction, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- SAP knowledge
- Dealer order management systems knowledge
- CNH Industrial construction equipment knowledge

The annual salary for this role is $72,750 – $106,700 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
