Intern and Co-op

- Design Activities to support design, engineering release and evaluation of new designs and revisions to current hydraulic systems for Wheel Loaders.
- Support activities for skid steer loaders, and Tractor loader backhoes- including current product and new product launch.
- Detailed activities include root cause analysis, current product improvement, supplier requests for change, participation in design reviews and DFMEA’s, support resolution of manufacturing and Service group requests, support test/lab activities. Exposure to Pro/E or other CAD modeling, basic computer/Microsoft Office skills, good communication skills, interest in agricultural or automotive design, demonstrated hands-on mechanical experience (i.e. student design competitions, hobbies, etc.).
This position pays between $22.97-$36.37/hour.
- Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related degree area
