WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Are you a driven professional with a passion for financial analysis and control? As an FP&A Controller at CNH, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Plant Controller by coordinating and validating monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for our plant in Antwerp.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting: Coordinate and validate monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Analyze variances between budget, actuals, and forecasts, and propose corrective actions.
- Valuable Analysis: Support the Plant Controller with valuable analyses for operational management to identify profit improvement alternatives. Ensure reliable financial data for long-term projects.
- Cost Management: Manage annual cost center budgets for SG&A and CAPEX.
- Operational Support: Provide proactive support to operational management with accurate and timely financial data and analyses.
- Administrative Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and optimize the financial and physical resources of the organization.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience: Experience in financial/accounting roles (experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus). Knowledge of forecasting and budgeting.
- Technical Skills: Work experience with SAP and skills in Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel).
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, and strong business acumen.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch & English.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive work attitude, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, good team player, and problem-solving skills
