We are actively seeking a Parts Commercial Controller to join our team. This position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
The ideal candidate is a finance professional committed to learning the details and dynamics of Parts sales and strategies. This position will interact with business leaders inside many areas of Parts Commercial and should present with a solution-oriented attitude matched with an energy to learn, contribute, and innovate where able.
- Weekly Sales Reporting, Standard Margin Analysis, Pricing Reviews, Implementing new service sales accounting, tools and processes.
- Analyze / report channel mix (Depot vs DFS) results for stakeholders.
- Projects in the areas of Service Sales, Report Automation.
- Monthly journal entries, reconciliations, financial analysis and planning.
- Quarterly forecasts and annual Sales and Std. Margin planning for 2 Segments and 4 Brands in accordance with varying inputs – seasonality, Dealer Inventory levels, and general macro environmental factors.
- Monitor commercial internal controls, reporting, and compliance related to SOX.
- Partner with Reman sales and operations to understand business/finance objectives and variances to plans, including sales performance, activities impacting cost, reporting and analysis streamlining. Key internal resource and liaison between the JV and Parts.
- Reporting net sales, discounts, pricing, and standard margin for actuals.
- Providing business details on variance to plan for sales and margin (pricing, returns, channel/product mix).
- Work with business to create a sales plan in line with current cycle and business environment and in alignment with strategic initiatives.
- Sales and product margin profitability analysis and reporting to business to support key business decisions.
The annual salary for this role is $88,125 – $129,250 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
The qualified candidate will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- A minimum of 5 – 8 years of relevant experience.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Finance and/or accounting background with a focus on a learning an overall business organization are optimal.
