Interact with the EMEA Dealer & Customer Support organization (D&CS) within the markets and the Brands & Precision Solutions teams on Autoguidance and Precision Farming application and utilization.
- Provide answers/resolutions to technical questions (ASIST, phone, personal contacts).
- Provide official answers/resolutions to technical and commercial concerns (SB, SNU, Knowledge Base).
- Visit the field to investigate specific concerns on Autoguidance and Precision Farming, understand local market requirements, and gain better insight into customer problems and demands.
- Promote the company’s customer-driven image and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide local training where needed and work with central Training originators to continuously improve Technical Training.
- Support markets by assisting in Technical Support/Brand meetings as the In-Field Quality representative.
- Prepare and present concise feedback on product improvements and open concerns in dedicated, semi-annual, global Technical Information Conference (TIC) meetings.

Interact with internal departments (Product Development Platform, Engineering, Production, Sales, Spare Parts, Warranty, Publication, Training):
- Represent Technical Support in Current Product teams (Early warning/CPM – Current Product Management) & meetings with approved suppliers.
- Represent all After Sales departments in Platform and Launch meetings (Global Product Development).
- Recognize concerns, gather supporting information, consolidate and escalate technical concerns to In-Field Quality colleagues or directly to Current Product Teams & Engineering/Autoguidance equipment supplier.
- Organize the installation of Items on Test and feedback to Current Product Teams/Engineering/approved supplier.
- Escalate legal and safety issues and discuss within the Product Safety Committee.
- Support Technical Publications with product-specific knowledge and experience.
- Manage the recall of failed components for further investigation with Current Product Teams.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree or equivalent in Electronic or Agricultural Engineering.
- ICT skills: familiar with Microsoft and specific company applications.
- Good experience and knowledge of Electrical/Electronic applications on agricultural machinery.
- Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach with a particular aptitude for electrical/electronic concern resolution.
- Experience operating agricultural machinery.
Preferred:
- Good customer service skills (customer relation management).
- High level of autonomy.
- High level of flexibility (international travel, seasonal effect on availability, weekend and evening stand-by during the season).
- Team player and problem solver.
Additional job requirements:
- Language skills: English + minimum 2 other European languages.
- In-depth knowledge of Guidance & Precision Farming applications.
- Skills in electronics and software applications.
