Job Purpose
We are seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to provide Treasury Reporting support for the CNHI Capital North American Treasury Reporting team. In this role, you will ensure the timely and accurate reporting of the US & CA Wholesale servicing function and within the department.
This position will be located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
· Preparation of monthly servicer reporting for the U.S. and Canadian Wholesale ABS Trusts.
· Provide filing support for monthly servicer reporting across U.S. and Canadian Retail ABS Trusts .
· Lead/Assist with various projects/tasks, specifically testing the ABS functionality of the new wholesale loan system when ORS is replaced.
· Successfully collaborate with Treasury, Legal, Accounting, Business Reporting, IT for Retail & Wholesale systems, PMO and QRM groups when needed.
· Serve as a backup for the US & CA Retail and Warehouse servicing function.
· Assist in end-to-end testing AF Hotifxes and Public Releases.
· Provide support to Deloitte for on-going compliance testing.
· Prepare necessary work papers and documentation to support SOX analysis of specific treasury reporting key controls.
· Work to streamline and improve servicer processes, as business needs change within the department/organization.
· Analyze, evaluate, develop and recommend new methods that strengthen internal controls, propose changes for improvement to increase the effectiveness and accuracy of the treasury reporting data.
Annual compensation range is $63,000-$92,400 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role).
Experience Required
The Qualified Candidate Will Have:
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Intermediate to Advanced level of knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word, SAP and SAP business warehouse.
· Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
· Prior financial services, Capital Markets or asset-backed securitization experience a plus.
· Cognos/Impromptu or other financial analysis software.
· Ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to work in collaborative team settings, take initiative in managing their workload, effectively prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving circumstances.
· Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
