Job Purpose
The Financial Analyst position is responsible for providing professional and in-depth accounting and financial analyses for various ledgers within a large, complex international manufacturing organization. Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to supporting payroll and benefits, activities for month-end close and providing financial reporting and analysis. This position is located in Racine, WI and eligible for hybrid work schedule working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accounting, analysis and support service for payroll and benefits
- Maintain ADP mapping to the General Ledger and Benefits Matrix
- Perform verification between the ADP registers and facilitate the load into SAP general ledger accounts
- Prepare journal entries, analyses and account reconciliations for payroll and other various general ledger accounts within the Corporate Accounting Department and related company affiliates
- Provide accounting, analysis and support services to other departments and organizations
- Maintain the accuracy, completeness and integrity of financial statements
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all internal controls and SOX requirements
- Other accounting duties as assigned
Annual compensation range is $63,000-92,400 (actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualifications for the role).
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- 5+ years experience in a related position, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- CPA a plus
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, as well as SOX and other related internal control requirements
- Proficiency with a computer and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced Excel
- Working knowledge of IFS, SAP and ADP
