The Sr Manager, Dealer Technology Enablement will be responsible for developing a common back-end architecture that integrates customer and dealer data to enable new business models. This role requires the collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow, enhancing the overall efficiency of dealer operations, and improving customer experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will work on-site three days per week in our Oak Brook, IL office location and enjoy the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We believe in creating a work environment that supports both collaboration and flexibility—giving you space to connect in person while empowering you to do focused work from wherever you work best.
- Design and prioritize business use cases that drive value for dealers and customers. Develop solutions that address these use cases and enhance overall business performance.
- Design and Develop Dealer Digital Journey Work with IT function to develop a scalable and robust back-end architecture that consolidates customer and dealer data, ensuring seamless integration and data flow across systems.
- Enhance Dealer Digital Experience: Define the digital experience for dealers by implementing user-friendly interfaces and ensuring that digital tools meet their needs. This includes optimizing the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for dealer-facing applications.
- Collaborate with Internal IT Teams: Partner with internal IT teams to ensure that the back-end architecture aligns with the company’s overall IT strategy. Work closely with IT to implement and maintain the architecture.
- Partnership with Vendors: Establish and manage partnerships with external vendors to leverage their expertise and technology solutions. Ensure that vendor solutions integrate seamlessly with the company’s systems and meet business requirements.
The annual salary for this role is $148,500 – $217,800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
The qualified candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related technical field of study
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Transformation leadership roles.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven business acumen in UX design, digital customer engagement, and digital distribution.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with expertise in executive-level presentations and persuasive business writing.
- Strong program and project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex initiatives across functions.
- Ability to lead in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.
