CPM Change Management coordinator- SCM PPC
The CPM change management Specialist is responsible for managing and implementation of engineering changes within the plant, focusing on the smooth changeover of engineering change ( ECO) on shop floor by ensuring minimal obsolescence of OLD parts. This role involves coordinating with production, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- To ensure 100% attendance in CPM meetings as per calendar released by CPM Platform manager.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing material shortages or overstock situations for all NEW Profile ECO for implementation.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless implementation processes and resolve any issues related to materials receipt and storage.
- To conduct Fitment trails of NEW parts coming through ECO and release the document to all stake holders’ production, SQE, QPB, ME & PD.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all plant logistics activities.
- Timely release disposal notes of DELETE parts as per platform approved document.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree.
- At least 5-6 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is INR ₹1,450,000.00 – ₹1,475,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
