WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You have a certificate as a prevention advisor level 1 or 2 and preferably have about 5 years of experience in that role in an industrial environment.
- You have strong communication skills that enable you to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization: persuasive, diplomatic, mediating.
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English.
- You are a critical thinker and strive for continuous improvement. You like to keep things simple.
- You have a pragmatic approach and are hands-on.
- You can work autonomously, are stress-resistant, and are a team player.
- You take initiative and think solution-oriented.
- You are experienced in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct regular inspections and risk analyses and work closely with employees, supervisors, and the EHS team.
- Provide solution-oriented advice and contribute to the development and implementation of action plans to manage risks.
- Coordinate internal and external audits in the field of safety, health, and well-being in the workplace.
- Assist in drafting the global prevention plan and the annual action plan.
- Advise management and the hierarchical line on safety and health issues, including the purchase of machines, products, personal or collective protective equipment, etc.
- Play a key role in promoting a culture of safety awareness.
- In case of incidents, participate in investigations and support the hierarchical line in developing effective measures.
- Assist in the secretariat of the monthly CPBW.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certificate as a prevention advisor level 1 or 2 with about 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

- Fluent in Dutch and English.
