The Area Sales Manager will support and promote the sales of our company products by leveraging CNH Industrial Capital’s full suite of financial products and services to our captive dealer network in an assigned territory.
- Engage the assigned dealership enterprises at all levels to assure sustainable market share growth for CNH Capital products and services and the facilitation of the Brands’ equipment sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets, metrics, goals, and margin targets
- Support, promote, and facilitate the sales of equipment through the provision of financial products and services to our network of dealers and customers
- Develop, maintain, and implement a territory-specific plan for the accomplishment of objectives (the business plan) using a management-defined sales process
The annual salary for this role is $64,000 – $90,000 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience within Financial Services
- 3+ years of Sales Experience
- Bilingual in English and French
- Demonstrated effective and strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with dealer principals and CFO level management via phone and electronic means

- Agriculture and Construction equipment knowledge
