Are you a driven professional with a passion for attracting, developing, and retaining talent? As the Talent Management Lead at CNH, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and upskilling and reskilling our employees in an innovative work environment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Communication Skills: Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
People & Project Leader: Strong organizational skills and leadership experience.
Team Player: Collaborative, results-oriented, and with strong interpersonal skills.
Autonomy: Able to work independently in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Mobility: Willing to work one day per month at our Antwerp location.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment: You will lead the recruiters and have the ultimate responsibility for attracting top talent and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Strategic Development: In collaboration with managers from various departments and your HR colleagues, you will identify and assess training needs. You will design and implement a comprehensive training plan that aligns with our business objectives and promotes employee growth. This will be done in consultation with social partners. You will support individual employees with tailored solutions or retraining programs within budget.
Training Programs: You will develop, organize, and sometimes personally deliver engaging training programs that support our learning organization. You can rely on support from the Global and EMEA Talent Management team and your team at the Manufacturing Training Center, which you directly manage. You will continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training and make adjustments as needed. You will also manage subsidy files.
Company Culture and Continuous Improvement: You will develop initiatives to further implement and strengthen the company culture. You will work with various teams to increase awareness and engagement and support the People Development aspect of the CNH Business System.
Supplier Management: You will manage relationships with external suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
