Job Purpose

This position for the profile of Environment Specialist . It is basically a Qualified  ETP Operations as per Environmental Laws, profile , He should also have good exposure in Environment.

Key Responsibilities

• He has to design and conduct either independently or in collaboration with the organizations, imparting industrial Environment training and educational programme
• He should be capable to organize Environment Committee meetings & accordingly MOM and monitoring of actions status.
•  He should be responsible for EHS legal compliance , accordingly he has to develop legal matrix and monitoring chart.
• Capable to handle ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 .
• Good Knowledge Fire safety, maintenance of Fire Pump room, Fire Hydrant system.
• Complete Operation & Maintenance of ETP & STP including ultrafiltration
• Complete  operation and maintenance of ZLD ( Zero Liquid Discharge) plant including MEE ( Multi effect evaporator)
• Hazardous waste  Handling compliance
• Ongoing Monitoring & Evaluation of ETP/STP parameter including calibration of ETP critical equipment . Ensuring  ETP/STP/RO/MEE  plant operate  parameters as per UPPCB/CPCB guideline with zero deviation in legal limits  
• Chemicals Management of entire plant: Maintain Min. Max of ETP/ZLD Chemical, Updating of all chemicals MSDS , ensuring safe usage & their disposal as per compliance requirement as per Rohs, REACH
• Maintain all logbooks / records & report pertaining to ETP operation
• Adhere all applicable Environmental Compliance requirement ( i.e. conditions of Air, Water, Hazardous waste, Ground water authority , ) & Submit their annual return before due date,
• Maintenance of  ETP Lab inhouse
• Water Management : Water mapping, trend and focus on  further improvements.
• He should have good knowledge about PPT/ Excel for making presentation/ statistics/ Safety Reports- etc.

Experience Required

Minimum 15 to 18 years required. 

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma in Environment

BE in Chemical

M.Sc or B.Sc in Chemistry.
