Intern Program Overview
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Job Purpose
The Quality Team plays a vital role in supporting production and ensuring that every product manufactured at the New Holland Plant meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a service-oriented team, we partner with production to help deliver high-quality haytools on time while maintaining strong relationships across all functions of the plant.
As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside assemblers, welders, supervisors, and engineers in their daily routines. You’ll also have opportunities to lead and support projects designed to improve product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day production needs

Spending time on the shop floor with operators and supervisors to understand and address quality challenges

Assisting with problem-solving and root cause analysis to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

Supporting and potentially leading projects focused on improving product quality

Helping ensure that safety, timeliness, and quality remain top priorities throughout the manufacturing process
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in the following majors or a related field: Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
