Job Purpose
The Regional Network Development Manager is responsible for expanding and optimizing the organization’s network within a specific geographic region. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with regional partners, and ensuring network growth aligns with regional business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for network expansion within the designated region.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize existing regional partnerships and ensure business growth.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms with regional partners to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new partners and processes within the region.
- Monitor and analyze regional network performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key regional stakeholders and partners.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in network development, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on regional markets.
