As a Precision Technology Specialist, you’ll empower dealership staff with the knowledge and expertise they need to help customers maximise the value of Precision Technology. Through training, product insights, and hands-on guidance, you’ll ensure they understand how this technology enhances machinery performance, improves business efficiency, and drives smarter on-farm decision-making.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver training, education & support of the CNH Precision Technology stack to our dealerships, their staff, and where applicable, our customers and employees
- Provide training, as well as ad hoc support, for dealership staff on CNH Precision Technology products and platforms, key functionality, features & benefits
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities and develop dealership strategies
- Act as a key liaison between dealerships and the ANZ Precision Technology Manager, ensuring clear communication on product roadmaps and future developments
- Provide detailed feedback on market needs, trends, and customer demands to help shape future Precision Technology products
- Support the Precision Technology team in validating and localising products for the ANZ market
- Support dealerships with the deployment of CNH’s FieldOps Platform including customer education, with a focus on the correct setup and configuration within the platform, ensuring the customers benefit.
- Follow up sales with an upgrade path to value add to the customers’ investment
- Conduct competitive analysis and share insights with the broader CNH team
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at dealer events, trade shows, and conferences
- Support technical training as needed and provide market insights for product development
This role involves travel within Western Australia and may also require interstate and international travel as needed.
About You
Education & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in a technical field or 4+ years’ experience in precision farming
- Experience with precision farming equipment, software, and agricultural systems
- Field experience with an OEM or dealership (preferred but not essential)
- Strong understanding of farming practices and agronomic data is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
- Expertise in precision farming products
- Ability to work as product expert in a team sales environment, manage multiple stakeholders and drive results
- A strong personality with the right attitude – confident, calm, and composed under pressure
- Self-motivated go-getter able to work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Capacity to retain and apply knowledge across multiple product lines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Competent in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
