1.) Job Purpose:
This position engages with the FS India leadership team and FS AANZ function leaders adding process improvement skills to ensure end to end process efficiency and quality in all business activities; this is intended to safeguard the best use of business resources and heighten customer experience.
2.) Dimensions: –
Reporting to : Head of Operations /PMO
The position is responsible for:
· Driving a process and quality improvements culture and to implement best practice in all aspects of CNH Industrial Capital retail and wholesale business.
· Providing timely and accurate management reporting & analytics on end to end business processes and quality & find out opportunities for growth.
· Working with six members of the FS Leadership team to identify and delivering process improvements and prioritize and coordinate investment in business improvement activities.
· Developing and maintaining a project management culture to ensure the timely delivery of key projects impacting core ICT systems and processes.
· Work closely with ICT team to ensure all time delivery of projects.
3.) JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for:
1. Establishing and owning a Business Process Management System (BPMS) to measure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of end to end retail and wholesale processes including customer acquisition, customer experience and optimizing usage of business resources.
2. Coordinating with FS India Leadership team and counterparts in FS AANZ to determine appropriate and relevant target KPIs on which to measure the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of end to end retail and wholesale processes .
3. Detecting deviation from agreed KPIs, coordinating with Function Heads to resolve the same.
4. Support FS India Leadership team in the design of all new products and processes.
5. Leading FS India Leadership team with support from FS AANZ PMO to set up and maintain a Project Management culture within the FS India business unit to ensure timely delivery projects on time, on scope and within agreed budgets.
6. Study competition best practices within the financial services community in India and elsewhere within CNHI Industrial group and drive change process to achieve benchmark.
7. Liaise with business departments and support functions within Financial Services and Industrial segments at local, regional and as needed global level to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and optimize CNH Industrial group results.
5.) Skill Sets & competencies: –
1. Experience in running process improvement, management reporting and analytics
2. Project Management
3. Strong influencing skills to effectively work with peer and senior functional heads
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Eye for detail, strong affinity for numbers, excellent presentation skills
6. Exposure to NBFCs/ Banks for lending products in Indian environment would be preferable
7. Any process improvement certifications (Six Sigma, Lean etc.) would be an added advantage
7.) Qualification, Age and Experience: –
Education- Bachelor’s degree in any field
Professional
Qualification- MBA (
Experience · Require 12-15+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years running Management reporting & strategy/ Process improvement/ Business Transformation work. proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential. · The candidate will work closely with the Managing Director’s office. · A background in call center operations and collection strategy is preferred.
