WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
She/He will be responsible of the team who has in charge the management of all Technical software IT has in charge for R&D domain (Technology/Product Development).
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Technical Software licenses availability
– Subscription/maintenance renewal with the goal to define contract at the best cost (respecting budget assigned)
– Software Asset Management: have full tracking of all Software in charge, related expiration date and contract control
– Release upgrade process: coordinate all the activities to successfully deploy new software releases based on availability and obsolescence
– Technical software licenses utilization monitoring
– Engineering Supplier Technical Support
– Shared area access control
– Application management on a specific perimeter
She/He collaborates with the Application Managers (if any specific application requires a specific set of licenses) and Business references to define best strategy related to licenses management.
She/He collaborates with other IT departments for a full integration of the new SW release into the CNHi IT environment and check/validation versus Software security rules.
She/He interacts with the Software Vendors for the most appropriate definition of Software contract contents prior to the software acquisition or renewal.
She/He will have the responsibility for the budget definition and monitoring related to assigned perimeter (Technical Software + Application management)
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in management engineering, or equivalent
Five or more years of IT experience, with at least 2 years of direct responsibility for IT technology tasks in SW release upgrade
Experience facilitating international and multidisciplined teams

required for them to operate their business successfully.
TIM ROSZHART: So for those workers that were blessed enough to get into the ag industry into farming,
it’s really around how do we amplify or expand the capabilities of what they can get done.
MATT AMES: It’s an exciting time for the tractors and for the farmers as these technologies mature and
these designs are put into use and are going to be rolled out to our customers.
TIM ROSZHART: With technology, we’re able to make decisions that care for every square foot of
ground. It’s a great way to take interest in connectivity and mobile apps, artificial intelligence, and
computer vision, these things that we see in other industries, in automotive, even in the gaming industry,
and others and how to– can actually bring those interests and those passions and those skills and use it
for this great purpose to help feed the world. That’s pretty cool.
